I always thinking how to become more effective in every way rather than hanging around and wasting the time everyday. I found an article from this website, it's talk about "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" I list down 7 of those habits:

1. Be Proactive
2. Begin with the End in Mind
3. Put First Things First
4. Think Win/Win
5. Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
6. Synergize
7. Sharpen the Saw

Number 5 was the mind set that should apply to me everyday. However, it is also the most time taken for me actually. Yet, the other also important to become a more effective researcher.

What is Babel Fish? It's another online tool for me to do translation. I started to use it since yesterday after told by my colleague that the grammer is more accurate compared with goolge translate that I normally used. Just to share! Have a nice day.
